Breakfast Club – September 2025
Booking can now be made for our breakfast club provision via ParentPay. Following a parent consultation and discussion with our governing body, bookings can now be taken for the dates required for the month, which means parents can book the provision on a flexible basis. Please note, however, there will be no facility to book childcare after the closing date of 20th of each month.
Please click the link below for the school policy outlining all changes for the clubs.
Here is a snapshot of the fun activities we have been up to in our club!
Bookings are now being taken for childcare for September and bookings can be made for the following months via ParentPay. Payment and bookings for each month will be accepted until the 20th of each month. After this time, you will not be able to book your child’s provision for the following month.
Please select the day(s) required for the month you are booking.
Your child’s place will not be confirmed until payment is received (cash or childcare vouchers) by the school office and a receipt will be provided for the payment via ParentPay.
If you currently pay for your childcare through a childcare voucher scheme, please continue to email your required dates and send proof of your childcare voucher payment. Prior to the 20th of the month, please email proof of your childcare voucher payment to bursar@bacup-st-saviours.lancs.sch.uk and the bookings will be added to the register for the month.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Wood (DHT and Extended Services Provision Lead) via the school office – please do not send queries via email.
About our Breakfast Club
Mrs Cameron is the main supervisor for our provision.
Our Before School Club is run under the umbrella of the Governing Body and follows the policies and procedures of the school. The Club is open during term time Monday – Friday from 7.45am until the start of the school day when the children are escorted to join their class. The ratio of staff will always be a minimum of 1:14. Children can engage in activities of their choice, with a mixture of adult and child-led activities. Children are listened to and valued within the Club, which enables them to enjoy the session, feel safe and secure. We work in partnership with parents, we have a suggestion box for any comments. Children will be involved in group planning sessions where they are able to put forward their suggestions and interests for the activity plan.
